Generations Food & Produce

In 1998, the company became one of the famous Fresh Fruits companies in the domestic market trading Fruits & Vegetables, starting new techniques of packing and Food treatment technologies. Within ten years, our company could to reach the international markets through our first brand “EXTRA“.

Bananas history in Generations Food & Produce started in 2003 as importing small quantities to the local market and it grew regularly & steadily to cover the neighborhood markets. At the same time, Extra Brand became one of the famous fresh Fruits Brands in Russia & Gulf countries supermarkets. We care the quality and we have the knowhow to deal with fruits.

In 2008, we thought for two plans:

First was to extend our business to cover the regional markets.
Second was to add other Food Stuff products to our portfolio.

The second step in this plan also performed perfectly as opening our financial and managerial island in Dubai to control our business between sources and destinations. We established our branches in Dubai and Sharjah in United Arab Emirates to be the head management of Generations Food & Produce.

Establishing a branch in Latin American was a necessity to control the quality and the logistics at the origin. We did the step perfectly on time. Our branch in Latin America is concerned of the relation with Farms, Quality Control, Packaging, Loading, Shipping and following the standards in our shipments to create the trust and to warrant the quality.

Generations Food & Produce grew up fast in the Bananas market and today it has huge Facilities, Branches, and Cold Stores & Distributing Networks in many Middle East countries.

Our strategy in getting good market share in Middle East markets is almost achieved that we have biggest market share in Turkey, Iraq, Egypt, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Jordan & Libya.

The second strategy has been performed in a professional way that we started trading other food stuff products such as Buffalo meat, Beef Meat, Chicken, Rice, Sugar and Seeds. First order of buffalo meat from India was in 2011 and nowadays Generations Food & Produce is one of the main players in the meat market. We are doing Brazilian and Algerian Sugar, Brazilian and Ukrainian Frozen Chicken regularly to Middle East Markets.

Food is the most important factor in building the human life so we keep our eyes on the process from A to Z.
